Gather my projects, decisions and results from the last 12 months. For each one: what was broken, what I changed, which decisions were mine, what improved and what I can’t claim. Keep dates, numbers and the evidence you used.
Ask for what a resume drops
- The problem, in the words people used at the time
- Which decisions were yours, and which were the team’s
- What changed afterwards, with numbers you can back up
- What you can’t claim, because something else changed too
